Dispatch
When can I expect my order to be dispatched?
Our current processing time for ‘ready to ship’ items is 1-3 working days from the day following your order placement (excluding weekends and public holidays).
The processing time for pre-order and custom items can be found on the product page.
I haven't received a tracking number. What does this mean?
When your order has been dispatched, a tracking number is automatically sent to the email provided at checkout.
If you have not received a tracking number after 3 business days from the day following your order placement, the following may be why;
- The email with your tracking number has been filtered into your junk folder
- Your order contains a pre-order item therefore will be dispatched when the pre-order item is available for dispatch
- The incorrect email was provided at checkout.
If none of the above reasons explain why your tracking number has not been received, please contact us. We are always happy to help.

We ship both within Australia & internationally.
Where do you ship from?
All of our parcels are shipped from our dispatch warehouse in Midvale, Western Australia.
How much is shipping?
Within Australia
Orders up to $69.99 - Regular postage is $6.95 and express postage is $9.95.
Orders between $70 to $119.99 - Free upgrade to express postage for only $6.95
Orders of $120+ - Free express postage
Outside Australia
New Zealand - $9.95
Other countries - $16.95
What postage service do you use?
All orders within Australia are shipped via Australia Post using either regular or express parcel post.
All international parcels are shipped with Australia Post Standard Tracked International Post.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Unfortunately, we have no control over the length of time it takes for your parcel to arrive to you.
You can find a rough estimate of delivery time here.
Please note that Australia Post no longer offers 'next day guarantee' on their express service.
Pre-orders & Custom Work
How long will it take for my pre-order or custom order to be ready for dispatch?
Please refer to the product listing of the product in question for the pre-order and custom order turn around time.
Do you do custom orders?
Our ability to create custom orders depends on our work load. Please feel free to contact us to see if we can make a custom order for you.
Adding To Your Order
Can I add to my already placed order?
If you have not received a dispatch notification for your order, you may be able to add to your order. Please contact us with the items you would like to add to your order and we will try our best to get these added to your initial order.
Local Pick Up
Do you offer free local pickup?
We offer a local order pick up from our dispatch warehouse in Midvale, Western Australia.
How do I know when my local pick up is ready to collect?
When your local pick up order is ready to collect, you will receive an email with all the information you need.
If the product ordered is in stock, you should receive a pick up email during the following business day.
I have not received a local pick up notification, what do I do?
If you haven't received a collection email by the end of the business day following the order placement, please contact us to follow up.
